  Kai is Managing Partner. He has been investing in crypto since 2017 — across three full market cycles.

  He leads the Investment Committee and decides every cheque Gemhead writes. He sources every allocation directly: through the firm’s Telegram bot, through operator referrals, and through sector maps he keeps current.

  His focus is AI infrastructure, RWA, and the L1/L2 layer underneath both.

  CFO & Head of Operations

  Jai is CFO. He runs treasury, vesting management, and the legal architecture of every position Gemhead holds.

  He came to crypto from traditional finance. The firm’s vesting ledger, OTC desk relationships, and counterparty risk framework all sit with him.

  He keeps the partnership small on purpose — every position is reviewed by the same two operators who structured it.
